Registration is open for our 4th Starter Packs National Conference on 29 August at Falkirk Trinity Church. The theme this year is “Community resilience in times of need”. We run this popular event jointly with CRNS (Community Resources Network Scotland), and it provides a great opportunity for anyone involved with Starter Packs to come together for learning, sharing, networking and generally being inspired. It will interest you particularly if you are a project staff member, committee member or volunteer, or if you work for a Housing Association or Local Authority whose tenants might require starter packs – but it is open to anyone interested in starter packs and supporting projects. Among the speakers there will be one from the award-winning CRNS Reuse Consortium, and also a coach from Crowdfund Scotland – both sessions are bound to spark interest! As usual there will be a choice of breakout sessions before lunch, and plenty of networking time. The full programme will be available soon, but you can find out more highlights and book places here.
